Defaultly No support available in revive adserver to self-register, use Revive Adserver Mod allows the register now function on the login page. For example, you can configure the pay and privileges of the Administrator account for self-registered advertiser and publisher

The requests are either approved or rejected. After being approved, the administrator assigns self-registered users to appropriate security options. The administrator also notifies the users that they can use the system.

Registration screen you will find a payment section in register form which you should complete before you return it, as incomplete forms cannot be processed.

there are two-way payment method is currently available for Advertiser and publisher that is Authorize.net / Paypal payment gateway to log in
