Hi Michael,
This plugin used to configure the max mind database in revive. You have to purchase the max mind database from maxmind team, and we will configure the maxmind in revive platform.
As of now maxmind team not supporting for GEOIP they are supporting for GEOIP2 Revive won't support for geoip2 targeting with mmdb file extension.

Using user IP.user IP check with maxmind database, maxmind database provide geo information such as country, region,city etc.,
