Frequency Capping Mod will helps you to overcome this problem. This mod allows you to set time limit and number of times a user can able to make impression on same banner.

If impressions made by a user surpasses the specified number within specified time then what ll happens?

In that section, the user has to enter the limitation for the impressions, for example, if the user restricts five counts in fifteen minutes, the user has enter 5 in the first text box and resets time as 750 ( 750X 50). The setting will not count more than five impressions in fifteen minutes from each website visitor.
