I want to display my banner for a particular number of times in a hour. How do to it?

The max banner show per hour plug-in for revive ad server allows the user to set the frequency for displaying a particular ad banner in an hour. If a user wants to display the banner for a hundred times in an hour then he can set the frequency as a hundred and likewise the user can increase or decrease the frequency limit for displaying a specific banner.
